SAP BASIS Consultant – Rev-Trac

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with hands-on Rev-Trac experience to support SAP system administration, transport management, change control, and release management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP BASIS expertise and practical experience using Rev-Trac to manage SAP transports, coordinate system changes, and ensure smooth, controlled deployments across SAP landscapes.

• Perform SAP BASIS administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  
• Manage SAP transport requests, imports, and deployment activities across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
  
• Utilize Rev-Trac for SAP change management, transport orchestration, release coordination, and approval workflows.
  
• Monitor and resolve transport-related issues, dependencies, conflicts, and failed imports.
  
• Coordinate with SAP functional, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful deployments.
  
• Support release planning, change control, audit compliance, and production deployment activities.
  
• Maintain documentation for transport processes, system changes, and release procedures.
  
• Troubleshoot SAP system issues and provide timely technical support.
  
• Follow established change management, security, and operational procedures.
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and support.
  
• Practical, hands-on experience with Rev-Trac in an SAP environment.
  
• Experience managing SAP transports and coordinating changes across multiple SAP systems.
  
• Knowledge of SAP system architecture, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration.
  
• Experience supporting SAP change and release management processes.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work remotely while supporting teams operating in Eastern Time (ET).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
  
• Familiarity with SAP transport management, CTS/TMS, and release deployment processes.
  
• Experience with SAP upgrades, system refreshes, patching, or production support.
  
• Knowledge of ITIL-based change management and release governance.
  

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on SAP BASIS professional who can independently manage SAP administration and transport activities while leveraging Rev-Trac to ensure controlled, reliable, and auditable SAP releases.

Important: Candidates must have both SAP BASIS expertise and practical Rev-Trac experience. General SAP BASIS experience without hands-on Rev-Trac exposure will not meet the core requirement.
