SAP BTP Developer

Your mission

We are seeking a skilled SAP Fullstack Developer BTP (m/f/x) to join our dynamic international team. VOQUZ Labs is establishing a new development group focused on building innovative software solutions and expanding the adoption of cutting-edge SAP technologies. Our product suite includes samQ, setQ, visoryQ, and remQ. You will collaborate within a cross-functional team distributed across Mexico, Portugal and Romania. This position supports both office-based (Germany, Portugal, Romania), hybrid and remote working arrangements.

Extensive experience in SAP roles and authorizations management will be considered a significant advantage.

• Develop SAP-based in-house applications, primarily serving the financial sector
• Participate fully in the product development lifecycle, from feature discussions with the Product Owner to deployment and monitoring in production
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and design new solutions
• Design and implement applications aligned with VOQUZ Labs’ UI strategy
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business processes or system functionalities
• Apply modern methodologies to ensure superior quality in software development and maintenance, adhering to top cloud standards

Your profile

• Preferred minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP development
• Over five years of IT experience in web UI development and integration (JavaScript)
• Familiarity with BI and Cloud Computing is a plus
• Extensive experience in SAP roles and authorizations management is nice to have
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage projects to completion
• A growth mindset characterized by perseverance, patience, and passion for innovation, along with the autonomy to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and collaborative environment
