Job Description

IIS (Influx Info Systems) is seeking an experienced SAP BTP / SAP AI Consultant to design, develop, and implement intelligent business solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Business AI, and generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, AI integration, application development, and enterprise system integration. The consultant will work with functional and technical teams to identify AI opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and integrate AI capabilities into SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Implement AI-powered business solutions using SAP Business AI capabilities and SAP AI services.
• Develop AI-enabled applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP Fiori, and SAPUI5.
• Work with SAP Generative AI Hub and foundation models to build and integrate generative AI applications, where applicable.
• Design and implement AI use cases, including intelligent document processing, automated workflows, conversational AI, and business process automation.
• Integrate SAP AI capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Develop and consume REST APIs, OData services, and other interfaces for application and AI integration.
• Build and manage applications using SAP BTP services, including Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, identity management, and role-based access controls.
• Work with SAP Build, SAP Build Process Automation, and workflow services to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-ready AI applications.
• Evaluate AI solution performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply responsible AI principles, data privacy controls, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP development, enterprise application development, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP application development, deployment, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with SAP CAP, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, or comparable application development technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration using APIs, OData, REST services, or SAP integration tools.
• Experience with at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI services or models into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of cloud application architecture, APIs, authentication, and security.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and SAP functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BTP certifications or relevant SAP development certifications.
• Experience with SAP Generative AI Hub and SAP AI Core.
• Familiarity with SAP Joule and SAP Business AI capabilities.
• Experience building generative AI applications using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud vector engine or other vector database technologies.
• Experience with Python AI frameworks and libraries, such as LangChain or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Event Mesh, and SAP API Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services, OAuth 2.0, and enterprise security standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and cloud application deployment.
• Familiarity with SAP Build Process Automation and intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, or enterprise AI implementation projects.
