1. Job Description
2. Lead functional delivery and solution design for SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (formerly SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration / Ariba SCC) implementations, migrations, and support engagements.
3. Lead customer workshops to understand business requirements, assess existing supply chain processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solution approaches.
4. Define the functional solution and prepare scenario-based demonstrations covering supplier collaboration and supply chain business processes.
5. Translate business requirements into solution designs, user stories, backlog items, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
6. Own the preparation and review of Functional Design Document (FDD), configuration documents, process flows, and other functional deliverables.
7. Lead functional configuration and solution validation for SAP Business Network for Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
8. Drive supply chain collaboration scenarios, including purchase order collaboration, order confirmations, delivery schedules, advance shipping notifications (ASNs), goods receipts, and related supplier collaboration processes.
9. Lead integration discussions between SAP Business Network for Supply Chain and SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA through SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), coordinating with ABAP and integration teams on IDocs, mappings, interface errors, and data reconciliation.
10. Work closely with SAP MM, ABAP, middleware, Basis, and other functional teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies and integration issues.
11. Define the functional testing strategy, review test scenarios, oversee unit and integration testing, and ensure defects are resolved before deployment.
12. Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live execution, and hyper care activities.
13. Manage functional workstreams, prioritise deliverables, track risks and dependencies, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
14. Mentor functional consultants, review their deliverables, provide guidance on solution design, and ensure adherence to project standards.
15. Participate in project governance meetings, prepare functional status updates, communicate risks, and provide regular updates to project managers and customer stakeholders.
16. Support production issue resolution, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable corrective actions.

1. Job Requirements
2. Minimum 8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with strong expertise in SAP MM and SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (formerly Ariba SCC) or SAP Ariba Commerce Automation.
3. Experience in solution design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, and preparation of functional design specifications.
4. Strong understanding of SAP Ariba CIG integration with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA, including IDocs, interface monitoring, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
5. Ability to work with ABAP developers and integration teams to investigate technical issues and drive end-to-end resolution. Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is an advantage.
6. Excellent customer-facing skills, with experience leading workshops, presenting solutions, managing expectations, and facilitating functional design decisions.
7. Experience managing functional teams, reviewing deliverables, mentoring consultants, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
8. Strong experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify project risks, resolve functional dependencies, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
10. SAP Business Network for Supply Chain and/or SAP MM certification is an added advantage.
11. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

1. Preferred Skills

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Business Network for Supply Chain/ Commerce Automation and SAP MM procurement processes.
• Experience in SAP Ariba CIG and end-to-end SAP-to-Ariba integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding and enablement, supplier collaboration, and procurement transformation.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, fit-to-standard workshops, Agile delivery, and backlog management.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and coordinate across functional, technical, and integration workstreams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
