Solid experience in backend development using Node.js for creating CAP microservices  General: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to lead a team of back-end, front end and, testing and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Strong documentation skills to create technical documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
