Job Description This is a remote position. SAP CO Expert: Control Costs. Drive Profitability. Empower Business Decisions. Pentoz is seeking a highly skilled SAP CO (Controlling) Expert to manage and optimize cost structures, internal reporting, and profitability analysis across our dynamic, multi-sector business. You will play a key role in linking financial control to operational performance across departments and geographies. Key Responsibilities Implement and support core SAP CO modules , including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders (IO) Product Costing (PC) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Activity-Based Costing (ABC) Align SAP CO with FI (Financial Accounting) for seamless actual vs. plan reporting , budget monitoring , and intercompany cost flows Design and optimize cost allocation cycles , variance analysis , and real-time margin analysis across business units Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Project Management to integrate costing logic into manufacturing , services , and logistics operations Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards You Bring 5+ years of experience in SAP CO module across implementation and support Expertise in cost planning , budgeting , overhead control , and profitability reporting Strong knowledge of product costing (standard, actual) and CO-PA (account-based or costing-based) Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori apps is a plus Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to support business and financial leaders Requirements SAP CO, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA, S/4HANA Finance, FI Integration, Internal Orders, Cost Allocation, Budget Monitoring Benefits Shape cost control systems for a multi-sector, tech-driven enterprise Work remotely with high-performing finance and ERP teams Build sustainable, margin-focused strategies across industrial, service, and hospitality verticals Influence real-time business decisions through deep cost and profitability insight
