SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: Remote – UK/Europe

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support SAP Payroll configuration, localisation and complex payroll troubleshooting across European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes.
• Create and maintain wage types, PCRs and payroll schemas.
• Support country-specific SAP Payroll localisation and statutory configuration.
• Troubleshoot complex gross-to-net payroll issues.
• Analyse payroll results and identify root causes of calculation discrepancies.
• Ensure payroll configuration complies with relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
• Work with payroll and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex payroll issues.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with wage type configuration, PCRs and payroll schemas.
• Strong gross-to-net payroll troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with SAP Payroll localisation/statutory configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• German or Czech language skills are mandatory.
• Available to work remotely within the UK/Europe.
