SAP CRM On-Premise Technical Lead
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the architectural and execution strategy for our SAP CRM On-Premise environment. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will oversee complex technical implementations, ensuring system stability and performance while leading a team through critical development cycles. The position is essential for bridging business requirements with robust technical solutions, fostering innovation in our CRM capabilities, and maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability within the IT Services sector.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of custom enhancements and modifications to the SAP CRM On-Premise system.
- Manage end-to-end technical implementation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous code debugging, comprehensive testing protocols, and in-depth code reviews to guarantee system integrity.
- Perform detailed requirement analysis to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and problem-solving strategies.
- Leverage expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise to optimize existing workflows and introduce new functional capabilities.
- Architect and develop scalable solutions using ABAP Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and functionalities utilizing SAP CRM Web UI technologies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
- Proven track record in delivering SAP CRM enhancements, customizations, and full-cycle technical implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in debugging complex issues, executing testing strategies, and performing thorough code audits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect requirements and resolve intricate technical challenges.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise architecture and deployment models.
- Expert-level command of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining solutions using SAP CRM Web UI.
