Job Description SAP CRM / Sales & Service v2 Consultant (m/w/d) SAP CRM / Sales & Service v2 Consultant (m/w/d) Apply now Apply now Bozen Full-time Professional Business Solutions Hybrid (partially remote) We are looking for a consultant who will be responsible for the co-design of our sales processes, as well as the rollout and integration of our SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience) within the companies of the Würth Group. Responsibilities Consulting and co-design of our sales processes with a focus on CRM and CX processes as the main interface between business departments, product development, and customers Supporting the design and implementation of solutions by gathering and preparing user requirements and assisting with their technical realization Rollout and integration of our SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience) across the companies of the Würth Group Continuous development and standardization of group-wide business processes Planning, coordination, and support in test management, as well as ensuring quality standards Requirements Completed degree in Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science, or a comparable IT qualification, along with at least 3 years of experience in SAP CRM, SAP Sales and Service, or a similar environment Goal-oriented and self-reliant working style with strong analytical skills as well as a pronounced team and customer focus Strong communication skills Good command of German and English Solid knowledge of ABAP (debugging) and/or modern technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, SQL, etc.) Ideally, experience in global SAP projects We offer Collaboration with a highly qualified and motivated team Opportunity to work on international projects within the Würth Group Flexible working hours and hybrid work model (3 days per week remote work) Competitive salary package and a wide range of welfare benefits Continuous development and training opportunities Würth IT Italy S.r.l.
