What you'll bring

Use your expertise to lead large customer programs. Manage relationships with executives. Make sure delivery outcomes are consistent across big, multi-year projects. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, oversee teams of 100+ resources, and build trusted relationships at the C-suite level is essential. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.

  • · 10–15 years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management; experience with a Major Systems Integrator and a history of leading 100+ person teams on contracts exceeding $50–100M in total value is highly desired.
  • · Proven SAP implementation leadership — experience with S/4, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and BTP (or a combination) is highly desired; prior experience in Aerospace & Defense is required
  • · PMP certification (or willingness to obtain); strong track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client engagements of meaningful scope and duration.
  • · Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level, skillfully manage and resolve escalations, and apply a leadership-by-example style with teams and clients.
  • You have solid program governance experience. You are proficient in managing scope, scheduling projects, handling conflicts, and aligning stakeholders in complex delivery settings.
  • · A practical, accountable approach to AI — you integrate agentic AI practices into your daily workflows, take responsibility for the quality of AI-assisted outputs, and champion AI adoption across your teams.

What you'll build

You will serve as the primary SAP executive point of contact for a multi-year Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Program — a strategic, billable engagement. You will establish robust program governance, mentor delivery managers, ensure long-term customer satisfaction, and position SAP for continued business growth on this flagship account. You will lead the implementation and adoption of both SAP and non-SAP solutions. Your role is crucial for project success as you will manage schedules and deliverables. Additionally, you will prioritize customer satisfaction by building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Lead the overall governance for a program. Oversee all projects, starting from sales support to implementation and post-go-live. Manage schedules and deliverables. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trust with customer leaders by managing relationships actively. Show the value of SAP solutions. Create open and trusted working relationships.
  • · Manage the end-to-end services relationship across customer, partner, and SAP to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — including billable consulting oversight.
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities. Create long-term value plans that align with customer goals. Expand SAP services and work with SAP license sales to complete software deals.
  • · Provide talent and workforce leadership — apply a strong career framework, oversee skills enhancement and career development planning for DEs, PMs, and other team members on the account.
  • · Coordinate with the SAP NS2 Cloud Delivery Team and other SAP lines of business to deliver modernized solutions; provide guidance on resource strategy, issue management, and program execution.
