SAP Delivery Manager – SAP Center of Excellence (S/4HANA) Lead international SAP S/4HANA rollouts and change portfolios, steering projects from planning to go-live while managing budgets, resources, risks and stakeholders for on-time delivery. In this role you are the project manager for SAP projects , above all the SAP S/4HANA rollout , and you own the delivery of the change request portfolio of the SAP Center of Excellence, from prioritization with the business through planning, steering and go-live. YOUR MISSION Act as project manager for SAP projects , in particular the SAP S/4HANA rollout to international sites and entities, from rollout planning and scoping through fit-to-standard, build, testing and cutover to go-live and hypercare Set up and run project governance : project plans, milestones, resource and budget planning , risk and issue management, and status reporting to the steering committee Coordinate the SAP CoE team, business key users and external implementation partners , steering partner scope, deliverables and costs Own the change request portfolio of the SAP CoE and ensure its on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery Run demand management and prioritization together with business process owners and SAP product owners, assessing business value, effort, risks and dependencies of every request Plan capacity and release cycles : align consultants and developers, bundle change requests into releases and ensure adherence to change, test and transport management Steer delivery through transparent KPIs and reporting , and act as the escalation point for conflicting priorities, delays, budget overruns and quality issues Balance project and change request demands on shared CoE resources and continuously improve the delivery model , processes and tools of the SAP CoE YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Several years of experience as an SAP project manager or delivery manager , with a proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts in international environments Experience in demand, change request and portfolio management within an SAP CoE or IT organization, including prioritization and release planning Solid end-to-end understanding of SAP business processes (e.g. finance, logistics, manufacturing), enough to assess impacts, dependencies and effort estimates with confidence Strong command of project management methods ; a certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum) is a plus Proven experience in budget and resource planning and in steering external partners and vendors Structured, results-oriented and assertive working style, staying calm and solution-focused under pressure Excellent stakeholder management and escalation skills up to management level – you can align priorities with the business and say no when needed Pronounced customer orientation and communication skills , combined with team spirit and assertiveness Comfortable working in remote and distributed international project teams Willingness to travel to international sites during rollouts Excellent communication skills in English ; German is a plus, but not mandatory BENEFITS OFFERED BY OUR CLIENT Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits Flexible working hours and hybrid work from home Dynamic international working environment High value on personal and professional development , including support to training and qualifications PERFECT MATCH?
