Head of Global SAP Center of Excellence (S/4HANA) Lead global SAP strategy and S/4HANA transformation, driving architecture, clean core, governance and process harmonisation while building high-performing international teams. As a member of the IT leadership team , you head the global SAP Center of Excellence and the adjacent applications such as Workday and xflow , set the strategy and roadmap , steer the SAP S/4HANA transformation and build a high-performing international team. YOUR MISSION Develop and own the SAP strategy, target architecture and roadmap in line with the business goals, and act as accountable owner of the SAP S/4HANA rollout at management level Drive a standard-first ("clean core") approach and the harmonization of business processes across entities, together with the global process owners Take overall responsibility for adjacent applications such as Workday and xflow – roadmaps, release cycles, licences and lifecycle – and ensure robust integration with SAP across system boundaries Establish the governance framework for demand, projects and change requests and lead the portfolio prioritization with management and business stakeholders Lead and empower the Delivery Manager , act as the escalation level above delivery and represent the SAP CoE in steering committees Ensure compliance, security and risk management across the application landscape – authorization concepts, data protection, audits and business continuity – and steer performance through clear KPIs Own the budget of the SAP CoE and adjacent applications, drive cost optimization , and manage SAP, application vendors and implementation partners , including sourcing strategy, contracts and SLAs Build, lead and develop a high-performing global team of SAP and application experts, and drive the organizational change behind SAP transformations with a strong key user network YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS At least 10 years of SAP experience , including at least 5 years leading an SAP CoE or SAP team in a global environment Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA transformations and rollouts in an international organization Sound understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP architecture and integration concepts Experience in managing adjacent cloud/SaaS applications (e.g. Workday or workflow solutions) and their integration with SAP Experience in establishing demand, portfolio and release governance and in leading delivery through a delivery manager or project managers Strong vendor, contract and budget management skills , with measurable results in cost efficiency and operational excellence Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders up to management board level Pronounced customer orientation and communication skills , combined with team spirit and assertiveness Comfortable working in remote and distributed international project teams Willingness to travel to international sites during rollouts Excellent communication skills in English ; German is a plus, but not mandatory " BENEFITS OFFERED BY OUR CLIENT Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits Flexible working hours and hybrid work from home Dynamic international working environment High value on personal and professional development , including support to training and qualifications PERFECT MATCH?
