SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator – SAP S/4HANA

Location: Montreal, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Contract: 12 months (with possibility to extend)

Language: Bilingual (English & French required; Spanish is a plus)

We are delivering one of the largest digital transformations and are seeking an experienced SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator to help move our ERP landscape safely and confidently to SAP S/4HANA.

What You Will Do:

• Own the regional cutover control pack — manage action logs, task trackers, dependencies, and escalation records.
• Coordinate cadence, collect status updates, and communicate across command teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Maintain end-to-end cutover tracking, including completion evidence and hypercare transitions.
• Support regional cutover command and hypercare stabilization for SAP S/4HANA and BTP migration phases.
• Collaborate closely with SAP Cutover Lead, Tech Platform Lead, PMO, QA, Security, BASIS/BTP teams, and other third-party coordinators.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain all cutover governance documents such as action logs, issue logs, dependency registers, and escalation records.
• Track critical technical tasks and evidence for completion and smooth handovers.
• Drive clear, timely communication with stakeholders, ensuring updates are accurate and comprehensive.
• Document decisions meticulously to support auditability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience coordinating SAP deployment, cutover, testing, or command centre activities.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined control management.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, BTP, integration, testing, defect, and cutover terminology.
• Bilingual in English and French is essential; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
