SAP DTC

About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) Consultants to support enterprise SAP retail transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Retail/DTC processes, localization, and end-to-end implementation, with expertise in either Brazil or Colombia retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP DTC/Retail solutions aligned with business objectives.
  
• Configure and support SAP Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and Retail business processes.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
  
• Support integrations with SAP and third-party applications.
  
• Participate in project planning, deployments, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
  
• Ensure compliance with country-specific localization and regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide functional guidance and recommend best practices to optimize retail operations.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support.
  
• Strong expertise in SAP Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and SAP Retail.
  
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and functional documentation.
  
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, order management, and supply chain.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently in a global remote project environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Consultant 1: Experience with Brazil SAP Localization.
  
• Consultant 2: Experience with Colombia XStore Localization.
  
• Experience in global SAP rollout and localization projects.
  
• Knowledge of SAP integrations and the retail ecosystem.
  
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions is an added advantage.
