Deloitte are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP / ERP Product Lead to join our team and support multiple ongoing and upcoming sprints within the Extended Enterprise Growth domain. This role is pivotal in driving the successful, governed, and controlled delivery of technology solutions aligned with our strategic priorities.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded SAP / ERP Product Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP platform products, from business and product design through to technical build, rollout, and implementation. This role will suit someone who combines strong product thinking with hands-on delivery experience across SAP or other ERP environments, and who can coordinate effectively across multiple Deloitte teams to drive successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and delivering ERP products that meet business needs, while also ensuring delivery is well-governed, coordinated, and implemented effectively. Experience in PMO, programme coordination, or delivery management would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SAP / ERP platform products, from concept and design through to build, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  
• Work with business stakeholders to define product vision, requirements, and future roadmap.
  
• Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements for delivery teams.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to support the design and build of ERP solutions.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Deloitte to ensure delivery milestones are met.
  
• Support rollout planning, implementation, and adoption activities.
  
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
  
• Provide strong governance and reporting to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to strategic objectives.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes and ways of working.
  

Required Experience

• Proven experience in SAP or other ERP platform product design and delivery.
  
• Experience across both business/product design and technical build.
  
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and delivery governance.
  
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex environment.
  
• PMO, programme management, or delivery coordination experience is highly desirable.
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive progress in a matrixed organisation.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  
• Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programmes.
  
• Knowledge of agile delivery methods and/or traditional project delivery frameworks.
  
• Experience supporting rollout, change, and adoption activities.
