SAP EWM Consultant – Remote-First, Italy

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll work on international SAP EWM implementations, combining technical delivery, business understanding and customer interaction, including:

• Analyse warehouse and logistics processes
• Translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions
• Configure and test core EWM processes
• Participate in and lead client workshops
• Troubleshoot functional and system issues
• Support testing, deployment and go-live
• Take increasing ownership of processes and solution areas
• Work directly with international customers and project teams

You’ll also contribute beyond your project: sharing knowledge, helping colleagues and improving how we work.

And because we teach what we know, you’ll have opportunities to develop SAP EWM learning content and deliver training through our Education business.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation experience
• Has completed at least one full end-to-end implementation
• Understands core warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound and production integration
• Can translate those processes into SAP EWM configuration
• Communicates confidently with customers
• Is fluent in professional English & Italian
• Works comfortably and independently in a remote environment
• Takes ownership and works independently
• Values feedback, knowledge sharing and helping colleagues grow
• Is ambitious about continuing to develop professionally and personally

COMPENSATION & PRACTICALITIES

· RAL: €33,000 – €40,000 gross/year + up to 10% annual performance bonus

· Home-office setup budget

· Additional compensation for business travel that requires overnight stay

· Paid overtime when exceptional project needs require it

· Applicable CCNL: CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Confcommercio)

You must be resident in Italy. International travel averages around 35%, with more intensive periods around workshops and go-lives. Good access to an international airport and a driving license are important.
