Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP EWM, warehouse operations, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting warehouse processes, resolving production issues, managing system integrations, and delivering enhancements in an Application Management Support (AMS) environment.

The consultant will work with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely resolution of business-critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EWM business processes across warehouse operations.
  

• Manage and support inbound operations, including goods receipt and dock appointment scheduling.
  

• Support outbound warehouse operations, staging, picking, and dispatch processes.
  

• Configure and troubleshoot cross-docking processes.
  

• Manage material movements, replenishment, and internal warehouse movements.
  

• Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
  

• Troubleshoot integration issues involving WAMAS and other third-party Warehouse Management Systems.
  

• Resolve production incidents and provide functional support for warehouse operations.
  

• Deliver system enhancements and configuration changes based on business requirements.
  

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements.
  

• Support functional testing, system deployments, and continuous process improvements.
  

• Coordinate with onsite, offshore, and client teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines.
  

• Provide application support in a 24×7 global support environment, including rotational shifts and planned on-call support.
  

Work Arrangement

• Location: Any Deloitte Location – India
  

• Work Mode: Hybrid
  

• Office Attendance: 2 Days per Week
  

• Shift Requirements: Rotational Shifts, Night Shifts, Weekends, and On-Call Support
  

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  

• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM configuration and warehouse business processes.
  

• Hands-on experience with inbound operations and dock appointment scheduling.
  

• Experience with outbound warehouse operations, staging, and dispatch.
  

• Strong understanding of cross-docking processes.
  

• Knowledge of material movements, replenishment, and internal warehouse operations.
  

• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
  

• Familiarity with WAMAS or other third-party Warehouse Management Systems.
  

• Experience supporting warehouse integrations and resolving interface-related issues.
  

• Hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration, testing, production support, and enhancements.
  

• Experience managing incidents and troubleshooting business-critical production issues.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week in the office.
  

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  

• Availability for planned on-call support.
  

• Ability to collaborate with global teams in an AMS support environment.
