Who we are

At Sonova, we envision a world where everyone can enjoy the delight of hearing. This vision inspires us and fuels our commitment to developing innovative solutions that improve hearing health and human connection - from personal audio devices and wireless communication systems to hearing aids and cochlear implants. We're dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences through our global audiological care services, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage fully with the world around them.

Here you’ll find a diverse range of opportunities that span both consumer and medical solutions and the freedom to shape your career while making an impact on the lives of others. Join us in our mission to create a more connected world, where every voice is heard and every story matters.

Are you passionate about SAP EWM and ready to take the next step in your career? Would you like to go beyond day-to-day system support and help shape the future of warehouse operations?

At our Sonova Logistics Center in Thuringia, Germany, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our SAP EWM environment. Working closely with an experienced colleague, you will take ownership of system improvements, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to the evolution of our warehouse processes.

With exciting developments ahead, including SAP S/4HANA and future warehouse automation initiatives, this is an opportunity to grow your expertise, bring your ideas to life, and make a real impact.

More about the role:

  • Take ownership of SAP EWM processes and support the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our warehouse management system.
  • Manage change requests end-to-end, from gathering and evaluating requirements to coordinating implementation, testing, and go-live.
  • Act as a key interface between local warehouse operations, SAP teams, global process owners, and external implementation partners.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes, improve efficiency, and enhance system functionality.
  • Support the implementation of global SAP standards while ensuring local operational requirements are effectively addressed.
  • Contribute to upcoming SAP S/4HANA developments and future initiatives involving warehouse automation and robotics.
  • Support system testing, validation, and process documentation in line with internal quality standards.

More about you:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP EWM, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes and an interest in improving systems and operational workflows.
  • Experience with SAP change requests, system enhancements, or process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Confidence working with different stakeholders and the ability to translate operational needs into system requirements.
  • Very good English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP customizing, or warehouse automation is a plus, but not essential.

More about what we offer:

As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture. We want to create an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work, through our flexible hybrid working model.

You will benefit from working alongside an experienced SAP EWM colleague who will support your onboarding and knowledge development. You will also have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, contribute to the evolution of our SAP landscape, and develop your skills through a wide range of professional and personal development opportunities.

At Sonova, your ideas matter, your development is encouraged, and your work makes a difference.
