SAP FI Record-to-Report (R2R) Senior Consultant Tech stack: SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI, New GL, AR/AP, AA) Record to Report (R2R) IDOC / ALE Interfaces ABAP (debugging) SAP Fiori Apps xSuite Control-M Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP FI Consultant (Senior / Managing Consultant level) Strong expertise in SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Tax Hands-on experience with R2R processes, including Document Splitting, Accruals, Residual Items, and Depreciation Practical knowledge of IDOC/ALE interfaces and integration troubleshooting ABAP debugging skills Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or migration project Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills English proficiency at B2/C1 level Nice to have: Experience with SAP Build or Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge of xSuite solutions Retail or other high-volume industry experience Experience working in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Project description: Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and RISE migration program for a global retail organization. The project focuses on modernizing finance processes and systems within a complex international environment. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing SAP FI and R2R solutions, supporting integrations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives. Main responsibilities: Design, configure, test, and optimize SAP FI and R2R processes Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot IDOC/SAP interfaces, including mapping logic and user exits Support development of custom SAP solutions, workflows, and Fiori applications Provide 3rd line support for incidents, service requests, and change implementations Analyze and resolve complex system and integration issues Create and maintain technical and functional documentation Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support end users Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with business stakeholders Ensure solution alignment with project requirements and business objectives Locations Poland (PL) Remote status Fully Remote Hourly salary PLN150 - PLN200 Skills SAP Experience Senior Area Finance About Spyrosoft Spyrosoft is an authentic, cutting-edge software engineering company, established in 2016.
