SAP FICO Consultant

We’re looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to join a major public sector programme implementing SAP S/4HANA FICO and Asset Management (AM). You’ll provide business and functional leadership on SAP Finance, with a particular focus on integrating FICO with Funds Management and logistics functionality.

This is a remote 12-month engagement. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and hold a European passport.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP Finance, particularly the integration of FICO with Funds Management and logistics
• Deliver high-quality work products in line with contractual obligations
• Provide input to the management team to keep the master schedule current
• Configure SAP, define functional and technical requirements and support data conversion
• Lead a joint team of consultants and client staff across the project lifecycle

Essential Skills

• At least 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in each of FI, CO and AM
• Experience managing a joint team of consultants and client staff across the full lifecycle of at least 2 projects
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Activate
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP, defining functional and technical requirements and supporting data conversion
• Fluent English
• Based in the Netherlands and holding a European passport

Nice to have

• Debugging skills
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience with changes in financial legislation
