Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to design, configure, and optimize our global financial accounting and managerial controlling business processes. The ideal candidate will bridge corporate finance requirements with SAP architecture, translating complex general ledger structures, asset accounting lifecycles, and profitability analyses into automated, compliant enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure core SAP FI components, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), and Bank/Cash Accounting.
  • Design and maintain SAP CO modules, including Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Map out complex corporate finance processes, managing multi-currency configurations, global charts of accounts, parallel ledgers, and fiscal year variance handling.
  • Lead the design of New General Ledger functionality and direct accounting document splitting mechanisms to support segment reporting.
  • Oversee financial period-end closing automations, troubleshooting reconciliation discrepancies, foreign currency revaluations, and consolidation runs.
  • Collaborate with technical ABAP teams to design custom functional specifications (RICEFW objects) for unique financial layouts, user exits, and custom reporting tools.
  • Integrate SAP FICO cleanly with logistics modules (such as SAP SD, MM, and PP) to maintain accurate real-time data flow across product costing and shipping triggers.


Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of core SAP implementation experience, with at least 4+ dedicated years actively designing and deploying configurations in SAP FICO.
  • Strong hands-on mastery of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) or SAP S/4HANA Finance table structures, configuration panels, and finance organizational models.
  • Deep functional understanding of corporate tax rules, withholding tax configurations, asset depreciation lifecycles, and multi-company code clearing.
  • Mandatory certification: SAP Certified Application Associate in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing S/4HANA migration projects (Greenfield or Brownfield transformations).
  • Strong analytical background in product costing (CO-PC) and material ledger configurations within manufacturing environments.
