LOCATION: ONSITE RIVERWOODS, IL (Riverwoods Only (Need to Work from Client Office 3 Days a Week)

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FI/CO – RTR Lead with 10+ years of deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and end‑to‑end Record-to-Report processes.
The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional integration for global SAP programs.
This role requires strong functional mastery, hands-on configuration capabilities, and a proven track record of leading large delivery teams across multi‑region implementations, migrations, and S/4HANA transformations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO and RTR.
- Minimum 3–4 full-cycle SAP implementations as FI/CO Lead.
- Strong knowledge of global finance processes, IFRS/GAAP, tax, compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Expertise with S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven experience leading large delivery teams in onsite/offshore model.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with multi-country rollouts and complex global landscapes.
