SAP Finance Data Steward

At Palatin, we are looking for an SAP Financial Data Steard to join an international finance environment where SAP plays a central role in the management of controlling information.

You will work at the intersection of finance, systems and data, helping ensure that the structures used by controlling teams are accurate, consistent and ready to support everyday business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and validate financial structures and reference data within SAP CO.
• Handle different types of controlling objects used across finance processes, including organizational and project-related structures.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate their resolution with finance, technology and business stakeholders.
• Support users when new structures, changes or system-related processes are introduced.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at simplifying repetitive data activities through process improvement and automation.

What we're looking for

• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling or a related discipline.
• Professional experience working with SAP CO, particularly in environments where maintaining financial or controlling data forms part of your responsibilities.
• Good understanding of how SAP controlling information influences other finance activities.
• Professional working proficiency in English and good German communication skills.
• Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow or experience with automation and finance transformation initiatives, will be valued.
