SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for implementing and operating SAP Focused Run (FRUN) to enable centralized monitoring, alerting, and proactive operations across SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, interfaces), ensuring system stability and early issue detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform FRUN setup and Managed System Configuration (ABAP, Java, HANA)
  
• Maintain LMDB/SLD synchronization and system onboarding
  
• Configure and manage System Monitoring (host, DB, application)
  
• Configure and manage Integration Monitoring (RFC, IDoc, PI/PO, CPI)
  
• Configure and manage Exception Monitoring (dumps, logs, errors)
  
• Configure and manage Job Monitoring (critical background jobs)
  
• Define alert thresholds, notifications, and escalation models
  
• Integrate alerts with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance monitoring
  
• Develop monitoring templates, SOPs, and runbooks
  
• Support go-live, hypercare, and steady-state operations
  
• Collaborate with BASIS, Infra, DB, and Functional teams
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP Focused Run (FRUN)
  
• Immediate availability required
  
• Hybrid work mode
  
• Location: Pan India
