SAP HCM Consultant AMS (Remote, Cluj/Romania)

About the Client Our client is a newly established technology hub with highly ambitious growth objectives. They are building a large, multidisciplinary SAP team to support global operations across Finance, Logistics, Production, and HR in Romania. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join the new Application Management Services (AMS) team . In this role, you will ensure smooth operations in SAP HCM (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll), handle service requests, and contribute to process improvements. You will work closely with colleagues from other SAP modules and have the chance to contribute to the setup of a global delivery hub . Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with SLAs Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI/CO, MM, SuccessFactors) Support system enhancements, upgrades, and smaller rollout projects Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base Requirements 4+ years of SAP HCM experience in AMS/support Expertise in at least two HCM components (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) Familiarity with integration topics (FI/CO, SuccessFactors) is an advantage Fluent German is a big advantage Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors is a plus Whats in It for You Be part of something new: Join a newly created SAP delivery hub and help shape its success from day one Remote-first flexibility: Work from Cluj or anywhere in Romania Global exposure: Collaborate with an international client in a highly professional environment Career growth: Continuous learning opportunities, trainings, and certifications (including S/4HANA) Team culture: Work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment with flat hierarchies Stability & future perspective: Long-term opportunity in a growing organization If you are ready to bring your SAP HCM expertise to an exciting greenfield setup and grow within an international AMS team , we would love to hear from you!
