SAP HCM Consultant - Is that you?

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) Experience Level: Senior Language: English (minimum B2)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP HCM solutions across multiple business areas.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Gather business requirements and implement change requests aligned with organizational needs.
• Configure and optimize modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Recruitment, Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement effective HR solutions.
• Support testing activities, user acceptance testing, and deployment processes.
• Maintain functional documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA).
• Hands-on experience with Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience supporting and configuring Recruitment processes.
• Solid understanding of Time Management (TM).
• Experience with Payroll administration and support.
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes.
• Proven experience managing incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP HCM and financial or payroll systems.
• SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Experience working in international or multicultural project environments.
• Knowledge of SAP HR reporting and workforce analytics.
