German-Speaking SAP HCM Consultants (PY/PT, SuccessFactors EC, S/4HANA Migration)

We're currently seeking experienced German-speaking SAP HCM Consultants to join a large-scale international SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely on enterprise HR transformation projects with a leading global organisation.

We're looking for consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• SAP S/4HANA HCM Migration

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP HCM implementation, rollout and transformation projects
• Gather business requirements and lead client workshops
• Configure and support SAP HCM solutions
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams across international projects
• Provide guidance and best practice throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Fluent German and English communication skills
• Strong experience in SAP HCM, with expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Time (PT), SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), or SAP S/4HANA HCM Migration
• Proven experience delivering SAP implementation, upgrade or migration projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within remote international teams
