About the Opportunity

Virtource is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant for an international client engagement.

The successful consultant must have hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience and a strong working knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

Experience with SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP is acceptable. Additional payroll experience in other European countries is highly valued.

Important: Dutch payroll legislative knowledge is mandatory. Dutch language proficiency is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions.
• Translate Dutch payroll legislation and statutory requirements into SAP Payroll configuration.
• Configure and troubleshoot payroll wage types, schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCRs).
• Support payroll implementation, testing, integration and issue resolution.
• Work with payroll operations, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver compliant payroll solutions.
• Support payroll configuration and statutory changes across European markets, where applicable.

Essential Requirements

• Proven hands-on SAP Payroll functional configuration experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation, taxation and statutory requirements.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Practical experience configuring payroll processes, wage types, schemas and/or PCRs.
• Ability to translate payroll business requirements into functional SAP configuration.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Advantageous Experience

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll functional consulting experience.
• End-to-end SAP Payroll implementations.
• Additional European payroll experience, including Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal or Poland.
• Experience with payroll migrations, statutory updates and go-live support.
