SAP HCM Transformation Owner

We're currently looking for a SAP HCM Transformation Owner to support a client of ours on a long-term SAP project.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12-month initial contract

Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the client’s office in Poland for key workshops and milestones

Languages: English and Polish speaking

Role/Responsibilities

• Act as SAP HCM Transformation Owner / Strategic Advisor for a client migrating from SAP HCM ECC to S/4HANA Private Cloud
• Challenge and hold the external implementation vendors to account
• Provide technical guidance and navigate the programme’s technical decisions
• Lead architecture governance
• Oversee project management for the HCM workstream

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years in SAP HCM, including Payroll and Regulatory
• At least 2 full S/4HANA migration cycles
• Experience in financial institutions
