SAP IBP Consultant

Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant Location: Remote – LATAM Preferred Type of Contract: Full-Time Contract Salary Range: Competitive Compensation (Aligned to LATAM Market Rates) Language Requirements: English (Written and Verbal) We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain planning and SAP Integrated Business Planning to join our growing team. You will play a key role in executing planning cycles, configuring SAP IBP solutions, and supporting enterprise supply chain operations. Your work will directly impact forecast accuracy, planning efficiency, and overall supply chain performance for global clients. Key Responsibilities Own weekly and monthly planning cycle execution within SAP IBP, including Bottoms-Up Forecast (BUFF) processes. Support Judged Field Forecast (JEFF) and Request-to-Build Plan (RBP) planning cycles in collaboration with business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies between source systems and SAP IBP during active planning periods. Configure and maintain SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, planning operators, and time profiles. Validate integrations and data flows between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and SAP IBP to ensure data integrity. Support testing, deployment, and enhancement initiatives across the SAP IBP environment. Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, planning playbooks, and status reporting. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and/or S&OP. Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as S&OP, demand sensing, consensus forecasting, and RCCP. Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, time profiles, and planning operators. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with the SAP IBP Excel Add-In. Proven ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Availability to work during U.S. Central or Eastern business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Datasphere. Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting, machine learning, or advanced planning solutions. SAP IBP certification or formal SAP training credentials. Previous consulting, managed services, or enterprise transformation experience. Background supporting technology, semiconductor, consumer electronics, or similar industries.
