Senior SAP IBP Consultant

Company Bizbrain Technologies provides consulting services to enterprises, with a particular focus on SAP customers and SAP prospects. SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) enables organizations to fulfil future demand profitably with real-time supply chain planning. Powered by in-memory computing technology within SAP HANA, this cloud-based solution combines capabilities for sales and operations; demand, response, and supply planning; and inventory optimization. SAP IBP Senior Consultant The SAP IBP Senior Consultant is responsible for aligning technology with business strategy and goals. He/She will work directly with clients in North America, gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. He/She would become a Subject Matter Expert and known for deep functional or industry expertise and domain knowledge. The SAP IBP Senior Consultant will be responsible for executing the delivery tasks according to a specific delivery methodology developed by Bizbrain Technologies and in line with the project plans and timelines. As part of a team, the following tasks will have to be performed: Configuration of IBP system for demos, pilots, customer projects, Proof of Concepts and/or support services. Process and procedure documentation of business solutions, enabling knowledge and skill transfer to other consultants. Perform the execution and documentation of defined test scripts, that belong to the business process, by following delivery standards. Perform data analysis with a focus on data consistency and correctness within IBP. Being part of a support team that perform support activities to existing productive customers including monitoring, troubleshooting, advisory and enhancements. Work in blueprint, design, implementation, testing, and go-live phase of a customer implementation project. Besides these tasks, the SAP IBP Senior Consultant will have the following responsibilities: Provide Technical and Consulting Services in SAP IBP. Remain up-to-date with knowledge in the areas of expertise related to SAP IBP modules. Coordinate and assist new hires in the training and certification process. Lead and coordinate a team for support projects in SAP IBP. Identify areas of improvement in deployed IBP solution that is supported by BBT Team. Improvements, for example — enable higher adoption of IBP solution, efficiency in processes, solution gaps, new functionality, etc. Conduct design workshops, whiteboarding sessions, understand requirements, create designs, and support team through build, test and deploy. Develop IBP support and training content. Responsible for executing the delivery tasks according to a specific delivery methodology developed by Bizbrain Technologies and in line with the project plans and timelines. All other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / MBA — Supply Chain Management or Operations. Must have skills: 6+ years' experience as consultant in SAP IBP including Order Based Planning (OBP) Good understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA / ERP and SAP IBP solutions. Experience in Solution delivery, blueprint, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phase of customer implementation projects, with minimum 2 full life cycle implementations. Having worked in complex implementation projects with Consulting focus in SAP Solutions. Business process and industry experience. Previous experience in a Client Facing role. Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to customers, peers and higher management is required. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate should have strong hands-on capabilities and ability to effectively work in a team, show clear communication skills and a strong analytical mind. Strong problem-solving, Quantitative and Analytical skills. Ability to mathematically model business problems (data modelling). Excellent Communication skills in English. Nice to have skills: Good Integration knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and SAP IBP using SAP Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services. Bizbrain Technologies will provide training on Bizbrain’s delivery methodology. Quality in delivery is paramount and will be the main KPI. Accuracy, ability to handle requests in an orderly and prioritized fashion are required for this position. A calm and steady approach is required to handle the analysis of complex system configuration to identify the root causes of malfunctions. The position may require international travel for limited periods.
