Job Description This is a remote position. SAP IS-Healthcare Expert: Digitize Care. Streamline Operations. Empower Health Systems. Pentoz is looking for an experienced SAP IS-Healthcare Expert to lead the deployment and optimization of SAP solutions for healthcare providers. You'll help design efficient, patient-centric systems that improve clinical workflows, financial transparency, and hospital operations — from admissions to billing and beyond. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP IS-Healthcare components, including: Patient Management (IS-H: PM) Patient Accounting (IS-H: PA) Clinical Workflows, Admissions, Transfers, Discharges (ADT) Integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) and SAP FI/CO, MM, HR Support hospital administration in streamlining appointment scheduling, resource allocation, billing, and claims Enable real-time integration between clinical and financial systems for a unified view of patient data Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations , data protection standards ( HIPAA, GDPR ), and insurance protocols Collaborate with hospital IT, doctors, admin teams, and health insurers to deliver efficient, secure, and transparent operations You Bring 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-Healthcare with proven success in hospitals or large healthcare institutions In-depth knowledge of clinical and administrative workflows , patient billing , and healthcare master data Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for Healthcare , HL7/FHIR interfaces , EHR/EMR system integrations Strong experience in hospital billing cycles , insurance claim processing , and regulatory reporting Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams Requirements SAP IS-Healthcare, Patient Management (PM), Patient Accounting (PA), Clinical Integration, ADT Workflows, Insurance Billing, SAP FI/CO/MM/HR, EMR Integration, Healthcare Compliance, HL7/FHIR Benefits Lead digital transformation across critical healthcare institutions and hospital networks Work remotely in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization focused on impact Help improve care quality, operational efficiency, and financial visibility in healthcare delivery Contribute to national-scale innovations in health IT infrastructure and patient experience
