Job Description This is a remote position. SAP IS-IM&C Expert: Power Precision. Scale Manufacturing. Digitize the Machinery Economy. Pentoz is seeking a seasoned SAP IS-Industrial Machinery & Components (IS-IM&C) Expert to lead the design and deployment of SAP systems tailored for the heavy equipment and component manufacturing industry. You will play a key role in modernizing operations, from engineering and production to aftermarket service and global delivery. Key Responsibilities Implement SAP IS-IM&C functionalities to support: Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) production models Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and complex variant configuration After-sales service management , field service , and spare parts logistics Predictive maintenance , IoT integration , and asset performance management Integrate SAP IM&C with core modules: SD, MM, PP, QM, CS , and EWM Enable global visibility across supply chain, project systems, and shop floor control Support modular product design , mass customization , and contract manufacturing workflows Collaborate with production, R&D, service, and logistics teams to optimize operations You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-IM&C for machinery, equipment, or component manufacturing Strong expertise in variant configuration , complex BOMs , technical objects , and discrete manufacturing processes Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA , SAP AIN , IoT/edge systems , and PLM integrations Experience supporting service lifecycle management , field workforce enablement , and service part forecasting Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills Requirements SAP IS-IM&C, Engineer-to-Order, Variant Configuration, Discrete Manufacturing, Aftermarket Services, SAP S/4HANA, Field Service, PLM Integration, IoT for Equipment Benefits Drive digital excellence for India’s growing industrial economy Work remotely with cross-functional teams on high-impact manufacturing transformation Build intelligent platforms for engineering, supply chain, and service integration Help create smart factories and resilient global manufacturing networks
