We are currently seeking a Senior SAP ISU Consultant to join our client's dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior SAP ISU Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and optimization of SAP ISU solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in SAP ISU modules and sub-modules, you will analyze client requirements, design solutions, and guide the configuration and customization of SAP ISU systems. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of client needs and business requirements, translating them into effective SAP ISU configurations and customizations.
Design and implement complex solutions within SAP ISU, including but not limited to Work Management, Metering Asset Management, Meter Data Management, Revenue Management, and Service Order Management.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards related to SAP ISU functionality.
Lead the configuration and customization activities within SAP ISU, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and align with project objectives.
Mentor and train junior consultants, providing support and guidance on SAP ISU concepts, methodologies, and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay current with SAP ISU trends, updates, and advancements, continuously enhancing your expertise and contributing to the overall knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP ISU Consultant, with a focus on SAP ISU modules and sub-modules.
Expertise in SAP ISU configuration and customization, with a deep understanding of SAP ISU functionality and architecture.
Proven experience leading SAP ISU implementation projects from conception to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Experience mentoring and guiding junior consultants, providing mentorship and support.
SAP certification(s) in relevant ISU modules/sub-modules is a plus.
Candidate should be based in the Philippines or has experience working with Philippine-based clients.
