Location: Budapest, HU
Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (limited position, until the conditions of an active, full-time student status is fulfilled)
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules: 24/30/32/40 hours per week)
What you’ll bring
You are a student ready to contribute alongside your studies - curious, adaptable, and motivated to build practical experience in recruitment. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and approach your work with a service mindset and an eye for detail.
For this role, you bring:
Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (active, full-time student status required)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
An interest in talent acquisition and the technology sector
A collaborative approach and the ability to interact professionally with team members, candidates, and hiring managers
What you’ll build
You will work on real deliverables that contribute directly to the day-to-day work of the EMEA Tech Talent Discovery team. In this role you will:
Support the full recruiting cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and application tracking
Actively source candidates through professional networks and talent platforms, and participate in talent events
Assist the team and management with reporting and analytics that support hiring decisions and process improvements
Contribute to Employer Branding activities that help position SAP as an attractive employer in the technology market
Support regular team administrative tasks and help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates throughout the process
You will gain functional exposure to how a modern, data-informed recruiting organization operates at scale: observing how search strategies are built, how relationships with hiring managers are developed, and how candidate experience is shaped across a busy hiring portfolio.
Where you belong
The EMEA Tech Talent Discovery team is spread across 12 countries in Europe and is responsible for attracting and hiring talent for SAP's technology organizations across the region. We deliver an end-to-end hiring process - from requirements definition and active sourcing through screening, stakeholder collaboration, and offer management - while also supporting the broader administrative aspects of recruiting. Our work connects closely with lines of business, HR Business Partners, and educational institutions. Our primary goal is to bring qualified professionals into SAP and to strengthen SAP's position as an employer of choice in the technology market.
In this paid role you will join a team that values close collaboration, continuous learning, and a genuine commitment to quality in everything we do. The hands-on experience and skills you develop here will give you a strong foundation to build your career on.
