Position Summary K.L. Scott & Associates, LLC seeks an SAP Organizational Change Manager (OCM) and Trainer to help federal clients adopt SAP solutions. This role assesses organizational impacts, prepares users for new processes, and delivers practical communications and training that support sustained system use. Core Responsibilities Assess stakeholder needs, process changes, organizational impacts, and readiness for SAP releases. Develop change management, communication, engagement, and training plans aligned with project milestones. Create role specific training materials, job aids, demonstrations, and accessible learning resources. Deliver virtual training and workshops and prepare designated client staff to support other users. Collect feedback, assess learning outcomes, and track adoption measures to identify support needs. Coordinate readiness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. At least five years of experience working on the SAP platform. At least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience supporting federal government programs. Experience leading change management and training activities for SAP implementations or enhancements. Strong facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and virtual training delivery skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and Federal Department of War (DOW) programs is preferred Secret Clearance eligible.
