Provision of consulting services in the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) area with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Cash Application processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Service Activities

• Analysis and design of business processes related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Application.
• Functional consulting regarding Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing.
• Consulting and optimization of Lockbox processes and their integration into the SAP landscape.
• Advisory services concerning the integration and utilization of Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of Payment Advice processing.
• Design and enhancement of interpretation algorithms, search strings, and matching logic for automated payment allocation.
• Consulting on automatic and manual clearing of open items in SAP S/4HANA.
• Identification and assessment of opportunities to improve OTC and Cash Application processes.
• Development of recommendations for the optimization and harmonization of payment processing and receivables management procedures.

Must Haves

• Several years of consulting experience in SAP OTC environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Cash Application processes.
• Proven hands-on experience with Electronic Bank Statements, Lockbox processes, Payment Advice handling, and clearing procedures in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in the analysis and optimization of automated payment allocation and reconciliation processes.
