About the Role
Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior SAP Integration Developer to support the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA).
The Junior SAP Integration Developer will support the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support of SAP integration solutions. This role will use SAP PI/PO, SAP S/4HANA, and modern API frameworks to enable system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integration.
The developer will support integration feasibility assessments, participate in large-system and subsystem planning, help maintain project schedules, and develop technical integration documentation.
This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. An active Public Trust is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Support the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support of SAP integration solutions.

Develop and support integrations using SAP PI/PO and modern API frameworks.

Enable system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integration.

Support integration requirements and feasibility assessments.

Participate in large-system and subsystem planning activities.

Support adherence to technical schedules and project requirements.

Develop and maintain technical integration documentation.

Provide knowledge transfer and share best practices related to modern API integration techniques.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams supporting SAP integration efforts.
Minimum Qualifications

U.S. Citizen.

Minimum of 2 years of SAP PI/PO and/or relevant system integration experience.

Experience with SAP PI/PO.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Experience supporting system integration, API integration, and data exchange.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP integration within a federal environment.

Experience with modern API integration frameworks and techniques.

Experience participating in large-system or subsystem planning.

Experience developing technical integration documentation.
Education

Bachelor's degree.

The successful Junior SAP Integration Developer will support reliable and effective SAP integrations across the enterprise environment while contributing to planning, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
Success in this role means developing dependable integration solutions, supporting seamless data exchange, collaborating effectively with technical teams, and applying consistent integration standards and best practices.
Location: Remote, with up to 25% onsite support in Arlington, VA/Washington, DC or Richmond, VA
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Assignment Period: October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027
