About the role:

We are looking for an SAP functional/process analyst with experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to support the automation of a largely manual Tire Maintenance process. The candidate will gather business requirements, define end-to-end processes, identify relevant SAP APIs and data structures, and prepare high-level solution designs for implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business workshops to understand and document existing (AS-IS) Tire Maintenance processes and identify automation opportunities.

Define future-state (TO-BE) processes, including subprocesses, business rules, exceptions, and process flows.

Prepare process definition documents and obtain business stakeholder review and sign-off.

Identify relevant standard SAP functionality, OData APIs, tables, and business objects for maintenance work orders, notifications, equipment, and related master data.

Define high-level integration flows between SAP and external applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Document functional requirements, data mappings, validations, dependencies, and exception scenarios.

Prepare high-level solution designs and handover documentation for SAP functional and integration development teams.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP EAM, or SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.

Understanding of maintenance notifications, work orders, equipment master data, and maintenance processes.

Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and AS-IS / TO-BE documentation.

Ability to identify process automation opportunities in manual workflows.

Familiarity with SAP OData APIs, SAP tables, and standard SAP business objects.

Basic working knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration, REST APIs, and system integrations.

Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Experience

Tire maintenance, fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or asset lifecycle management.

SAP S/4HANA EAM or SAP ECC Plant Maintenance.

Integration between SAP and external maintenance or fleet management applications.

Expected Deliverables

SAP API/OData and relevant table identification.

High-level solution and integration design.

Functional requirements and documentation for development teams.
