SAP Plant Property and Equipment (PPE) Functional Lead

Duties and Responsibilities: The SAP PPE Functional Lead will provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. This position requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP financial functional areas especially AM or RE-FX modules. Other responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Designing and configure business processes in SAP AM Manage day-to-day accounting of property items throughout their lifecycle including acquisition transfers and retirement Maintain and manage fixed asset expenditures against funding authorizations including the management and reporting of CPP authorizations/authority Execute periodic processing activities for monthly depreciation and mass changes to asset master records Perform year end closing of asset accounting; transfer of assets within / between cost centers Perform and record the results of the physical inventory of fixed asset property items Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 3-7 years’ experience SAP AM or RE-FX functional area in post go-live production support and break/fix for financial reporting of Real Property Inventory to the DoD Installation and Environment domain Requires tracking of all real property including purchase construction, restoration modernization, lease/in-grants, out-grants, physical inventory property disposal, and creating updating and archiving asset records Must have a strong understanding of MM, SD and FI to integrate functionality Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED – Required Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred Required Certifications: No required certifications SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications desired Other: Must be US Citizen Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it Work remote but ability to visit office as needed for demos and other stakeholder meeting Skill set Functional Funds Management (FI/FM) (Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)
