Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di trasformazione SAP per clienti del settore pubblico, supportando la governance di progetto in un percorso che ti permetterà di crescere verso ruoli di project management.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• predisporre e aggiornare il piano di progetto, monitorando l’avanzamento delle attività, le milestone e l’effort impiegato;

• gestire il registro di rischi, issue e decisioni, seguendo le azioni correttive fino alla loro chiusura;

• curare il reporting di avanzamento e preparare i materiali per gli stati di avanzamento e per i comitati di progetto;

• facilitare il coordinamento operativo tra i team funzionali e tecnici dei diversi moduli SAP e i referenti del cliente;

• supportare la gestione delle change request e la rendicontazione delle attività verso il cliente, curando la documentazione formale richiesta nel contesto pubblico;

• organizzare la pianificazione di test e cutover, monitorando la readiness in vista del go live;

• curare la documentazione di progetto e contribuire al controllo di qualità dei deliverable.

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• hai maturato esperienza consolidata come PMO o project analyst in progetti di implementazione SAP;

• conosci il ciclo di vita di un progetto SAP e la metodologia SAP Activate;

• hai una visione d’insieme dei principali moduli e processi SAP, anche senza una specializzazione funzionale su un singolo modulo;

• utilizzi con dimestichezza MS Project, Excel e PowerPoint; costituisce un plus la conoscenza di strumenti come Jira o SAP Cloud ALM;

• costituisce un plus una certificazione di project management, ad esempio PRINCE2 o PMP, e l’esperienza in progetti per il settore pubblico;

• hai spiccate capacità organizzative e di comunicazione e sai interfacciarti con key user, referenti IT e project manager del cliente;

• possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team;

• sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all’estero in base alle esigenze progettuali.

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 33.000 e € 41.000 per il Senior Group, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

Do you want to do truly meaningful, high-impact work? At KPMG you will have the opportunity to help clients, organisations and colleagues tackle and solve complex, real-world challenges.

KPMG Advisory supports businesses in transforming their business models, improving and digitalising their processes, analysing and managing risk, and carrying out extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in SAP transformation projects for public sector clients, supporting project governance on a path that will allow you to grow towards project management roles.

Specifically, you will:

• prepare and update the project plan, monitoring the progress of activities, milestones and effort;

• manage the risk, issue and decision log, following up corrective actions through to closure;

• handle progress reporting and prepare materials for status meetings and project committees;

• facilitate operational coordination between the functional and technical teams across SAP modules and the client’s contacts;

• support change request management and activity reporting to the client, preparing the formal documentation required in the public sector;

• organise test and cutover planning, monitoring readiness ahead of go-live;

• manage project documentation and contribute to deliverable quality checks.

Come As You Are – Your skills and attributes

This opportunity is perfect for you if you:

• have solid experience as a PMO or project analyst on SAP implementation projects;

• understand the SAP project lifecycle and the SAP Activate methodology;

• have an overall view of the main SAP modules and processes, even without a functional specialisation in a single module;

• are confident using MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of tools such as Jira or SAP Cloud ALM is a plus;

• ideally hold a project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP, and have experience on public sector projects;

• have strong organisational and communication skills and can work effectively with the client’s key users, IT contacts and project managers;

• have a good command of English and enjoy working in a team;

• are willing to travel in Italy and abroad as project needs require.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €33,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Group. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
