In this role you combine solution architecture with hands-on functional consulting in SAP PP and QM , owning production and quality processes from design and configuration through go-live and continuous improvement. YOUR MISSION Act as solution architect and hands-on functional consultant for SAP PP and QM in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations , rollouts and transformation projects in manufacturing environments Design and configure production planning and manufacturing processes , including master data (BOMs, routings, master recipes, work centers, production versions), MRP, capacity planning, production and process orders, confirmations and goods movements Cover the relevant manufacturing scenarios and design solutions that fit how the plant actually operates Design and implement end-to-end quality management processes : inspection planning, master inspection characteristics, sampling procedures, inspection lots for goods receipt, in-process and final inspection, results recording and usage decisions Embed quality into the production flow through in-process controls, batch management and traceability , quality notifications and non-conformance handling, and quality certificates Lead fit-to-standard workshops with production planners, plant management and quality teams, translate requirements into solution designs and functional specifications, and drive testing, cutover and hypercare Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with MM, WM/EWM, SD and CO (product costing) , as well as with shop floor systems Support productive manufacturing and quality systems during stabilization, analyse incidents and continuously optimize production and quality processes YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Several years of experience as an SAP PP/QM consultant and solution architect , with a proven track record in multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations Deep hands-on configuration expertise in SAP PP : MRP, production and process orders, capacity planning, BOMs, routings and work centers Deep hands-on configuration expertise in SAP QM : inspection types and plans, sampling procedures, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications and quality certificates Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and quality assurance on the shop floor – you speak the language of production planners, plant managers and quality engineers Strong knowledge of integration with MM, WM/EWM and CO , as well as of SAP data structures and interface technologies (IDoc, XML, EDI) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Pronounced customer orientation and communication skills , combined with team spirit and assertiveness Experience in interacting with senior decision-makers Comfortable working in remote and distributed international project teams Excellent communication skills in English ; German is a plus, but not mandatory BENEFITS OFFERED BY OUR CLIENT Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits Flexible working hours and hybrid work from home Dynamic international working environment High value on personal and professional development , including support to training and qualifications PERFECT MATCH?
