- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
- Strong SAP production/application support experience.
- SAP system administration and troubleshooting.
- SAP NetWeaver administration.
- SAP HANA administration/support knowledge.
- System monitoring and performance troubleshooting.
- SAP system refresh/copy.
- Kernel and support package upgrades.
- Transport and background-job administration.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting DEV/QAS/PRD environments.
