SAP S/4HANA Cloud Warehouse Management Consultant (EWM)

Job Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Warehouse Management Consultant (EWM) to support warehouse transformation and supply chain optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, storage strategies, labor optimization, and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The consultant will partner with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud EWM solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Configuration Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather warehouse business requirements. Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud EWM processes including: Warehouse Structure Design Storage Types and Storage Bins Inbound Processing Outbound Processing Putaway Strategies Picking Strategies Packing and Shipping Physical Inventory Cycle Counting Replenishment Cross-Docking Inventory Management Handling Units Warehouse Monitoring Configure warehouse organizational structures and process controls. Implementation & Delivery Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects. Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Support warehouse master data and migration activities. Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities. Integration & Collaboration Collaborate closely with: Materials Management (MM) Manufacturing (PP) Sales & Distribution (SD) Transportation Management (TM) Finance (FI) Procurement and Supply Chain teams Ensure seamless end-to-end warehouse and logistics process integration. Support & Optimization Provide post-go-live support and hypercare. Troubleshoot warehouse process and system issues. Recommend process improvements and warehouse optimization opportunities. Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and testing. Drive adoption of SAP warehouse best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of SAP Warehouse Management/EWM consulting experience. Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud EWM implementation projects. Strong expertise in: Inbound & Outbound Logistics Inventory Management Putaway & Picking Strategies Physical Inventory Warehouse Structure Design Handling Units Replenishment Processes Experience with SAP Activate methodology. Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops. Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Cloud EWM Certification. Experience with: RF Framework Barcode & Scanning Solutions Transportation Management (TM) Yard Logistics Automation & Robotics Integration SAP Fiori Applications Embedded Analytics Experience supporting global and multi-country implementations. Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, consumer products, or logistics industries.
