We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Process Manager to support our global transformation program. This is a temporary, fixed-term position established to support the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. This role will focus on manufacturing and operations processes, including process design, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites.

The role is based in Brazil or Finland and follows a hybrid work model, with three to four days per week in the office. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, site teams, and SAP project teams to drive process harmonization and successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and operations.

• Analyze current-state manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for standardization and streamlining.

• Support process improvements and data cleansing activities within SAP LP1.

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and functional needs.

• Participate in business process workshops and solution design activities with business and technical teams.

• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, user acceptance testing, and defect-resolution activities.

• Support data validation, cutover, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

• Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing sites, operations teams, and Information Technology resources to resolve issues and ensure alignment with global standards and governance.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• At least five years of SAP experience, including work with manufacturing and operations processes.

• At least five years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, production, or related business processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production execution, inventory management, and related operational processes.

• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, test plans, and validation outcomes.

• Strong testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and defect-management experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, site teams, process owners, and technical resources in a global environment.

• Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working in Agile delivery environments.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with SAP Production Planning, Materials Management, Warehouse Management or Extended Warehouse Management, Quality Management, or related operations modules.

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, SAP LP1, or an SAP Enterprise Central Component to SAP S/4HANA transformation.

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a global organization.
