SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects, with expertise in maintenance processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
  

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
  

• Configure equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and maintenance orders.
  

• Implement preventive, corrective, breakdown, and refurbishment maintenance processes.
  

• Configure maintenance strategies, scheduling parameters, work orders, and capacity planning.
  

• Support data migration, functional specifications, RICEFW developments, testing, and UAT.
  

• Integrate SAP PM/EAM with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, PS, SD, and QM.
  

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
  

• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
  

• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize maintenance processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Around 10 years of total and relevant SAP PM/EAM experience.
  

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  

• Notice period of 15 days or less.
  

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.
  

Interview Process: 2 rounds, including 1 mandatory face-to-face round.
