We're partnering with a global consulting organisation that is looking to strengthen its SAP practice with an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP professional to lead business-critical transformation initiatives, helping enterprise clients navigate complex ERP modernisation programmes while delivering tangible business value.

The role combines strategic advisory, solution leadership, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement across the full SAP transformation lifecycle.

The Role

As a SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with business and IT leaders to define transformation roadmaps, shape solution strategies and support the successful delivery of large-scale SAP programmes.

You will play a key role from early assessment and planning phases through to implementation, ensuring organisations maximise the value of their SAP investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across enterprise customers.
• Support Greenfield, Brownfield and Hybrid migration programmes.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct assessments, discovery workshops and readiness evaluations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
• Support solution design, programme governance and delivery oversight.
• Contribute to proposal development, effort estimation and pre-sales activities.
• Provide guidance to project teams and help ensure successful programme execution.
• Drive best practices across SAP delivery methodologies and transformation approaches.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at both management and executive levels.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementations and transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and enterprise ERP transformation.
• Experience working on greenfield implementations, brownfield migrations and/or hybrid transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of business processes across either Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics or Sales & Distribution
• Experience contributing to transformation assessments, programme planning and roadmap development.
• SAP certification within a relevant functional or technical discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
