Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: Pentoz is looking for an experienced SAP SCM Expert to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects for global clients. This role involves strategic planning, design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SCM solutions to streamline logistics, inventory, procurement, and demand planning processes. As a key member of the ERP delivery team, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and data-driven supply chain systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP SCM modules including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications Integrate SCM solutions with SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and APO as well as third-party logistics systems Optimize supply chain workflows across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and distribution Configure master data, transportation planning, warehouse management, and supply chain analytics Provide end-to-end solution delivery including functional specifications, testing, training, and cutover planning Support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure supply chain agility, accuracy, and visibility Ensure compliance with global trade, customs, and industry-specific supply chain regulations Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM configuration and implementation Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP), IBP, MM, SD, and WM Experience with demand forecasting, production planning, and logistics execution Proficiency in SAP supply chain analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SCM or S/4HANA Supply Chain implementation Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to manage remote teams and drive virtual project delivery Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in SCM, IBP, or S/4HANA Supply Chain modules Familiarity with advanced planning tools like SAP IBP, Ariba, TM (Transportation Management), or EWM Experience with integrations to non-SAP supply chain systems (Oracle, JDA, Blue Yonder, etc.) Knowledge of digital supply chain trends including IoT, AI/ML, and automation Experience in agile delivery methodologies and DevOps for ERP systems What We Offer: Remote-first work culture with flexible project engagements Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with global clients across industries including manufacturing, retail, and logistics Access to leading SAP tools and resources for continuous learning Career growth toward roles such as SAP Supply Chain Architect or ERP Transformation Lead About Pentoz: Pentoz is a high-growth digital transformation company focused on delivering scalable ERP and supply chain solutions.
