Overview

Whitehall Resources are seeking an experienced SAP Security Administrator to support and secure complex SAP environments across S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP and SAP GRC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining security roles, managing user authorisations, mitigating access risks and ensuring compliance with organisational security policies.

This role requires extensive hands-on SAP Security experience, a strong background in SAP authorisations and GRC Access Control, and experience with modern SAP security architecture and Identity Management integrations.

Active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain SAP security roles and authorisations across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP and related SAP environments.
• Manage and optimise SAP GRC Access Control, including access risk analysis, segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance controls.
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori and SAP BTP security, including roles, permissions and access controls.
• Support the integration of Identity Management (IdM) solutions across the SAP landscape.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve SAP security and authorisation issues.
• Conduct regular security audits, access reviews and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
• Develop and implement SAP security policies, standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional, technical and business teams to support secure SAP deployments, upgrades and system changes.
• Identify security risks and recommend improvements to strengthen the SAP security landscape.
• Keep up to date with emerging SAP security technologies, industry developments and potential threats.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience, with 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is essential.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security, including roles, authorisations and access management.
• Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including access risk analysis and segregation of duties.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Security and SAP BTP Security.
• Experience integrating Identity Management (IdM) solutions with SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorisation concepts, security architecture and access control frameworks.
• Experience supporting SAP security audits, regulatory compliance and risk management activities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
