SAP Service Coordinator/Team Lead

Hiring: SAP Service Coordinator / Team Lead | Permanent | Warsaw

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Service Coordinator / Team Lead with a strong background in team management, SAP service delivery, and some hands-on or coordination experience with SAP Basis to join an established SAP Center of Excellence.

📍 Location: Warsaw – Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

📅 Start: December 2026

💼 Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate an SAP service delivery team

• Oversee Incident, Problem & Change Management

• Coordinate SAP Basis activities within an SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environment

• Manage SAP RISE services and vendor relationships

• Oversee JIRA Service Management and SAP Cloud ALM processes

• Coordinate releases, transports, escalations and service KPIs

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective service delivery

Key Requirements:

✓ Proven team leadership and people management experience (ideally 5+ years)

✓ Strong background in SAP Service Management / SAP Operations

✓ Good understanding of SAP Basis (coordination or technical experience)

✓ Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE environments

✓ JIRA Service Management experience – essential

✓ ITIL knowledge or certification

✓ Strong stakeholder management and fluent English
